At SuperPro Suspension, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the following policy:

Standard Returns – Within 30 Days

Customers may request a return and refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused and in new condition.

• The product has not been installed or fitted to any vehicle.

• The product is free from damage and returned in its original packaging.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to the nearest SuperPro warehouse, as advised by our support team.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• A refund will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected by our returns team.

Late Returns – Between 31 to 60 Days

Returns received between 31 and 60 days from the original purchase date are still eligible for a refund, subject to the following:

• All standard return conditions (as listed above) must be met.

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the product refund total.

Returns After 60 Days

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any product returned more than 60 days after the original purchase date.
